Harry Potter: The Movie of the Generation

So, I am in my school's journalism class and I got to write the movie review. I wrote it on Harry Potter and I really liked my review, so I decided to post it. Enjoy:

In 2001 a movie that the whole world would come to love and anticipate was released. That movie was Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. This world wide phenomenon quickly spread and the movie became the 8th highest grossed movie earning $968,657,891. Now over ten years later this movie series has also became the highest grossing movie series collecting $6,369,345,142. Last November, the first part of the seventh movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, was released. The movie got nothing but good reviews including one from www.rottentomatoes.com saying, “It can't help but feel like the prelude it is, but Deathly Hallows: Part 1 is a beautifully filmed, emotionally satisfying penultimate installment for the Harry Potter series.” An audience member wrote, “A great installment and beginning to the finale of this epic story. With great acting, cinematography, and directing, the characters and story of this series develop more than anyone could imagine” Some more negative reviews take account of the “dark feelings” and that it may not be appropriate for young viewers. After the death of Professor Albus Dumbledore the wizarding world is in chaos. “Voldemort's power is growing stronger. He now has control over the Ministry of Magic and Hogwarts. Harry, Ron, and Hermione decide to finish Dumbledore's work and find the rest of the Horcruxes to defeat the Dark Lord. But little hope remains for the Trio, and the rest of the Wizarding World, so everything they do must go as planned.” This movie is by far one of the best Harry Potter movies and hands down is 5 out of 5 stars. Make sure you all go out and buy Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part I released on April 14 and get ready for the breathtaking finale Part 2 coming to theaters on July 15.
